Building the RK25 HD Edition! E82

Several weeks ago a corner of the RK25 transaxle broke off while grading a driveway. I didn’t know it until the job was completed, unfortunately. It happened to be where the lower right 3-point arm connected to the transaxle. The design for this part of the tractor is not as good as the RK55, RK 21, or RK24 according to Jerry at RK, after he examined the break. I travelled to see him to check on the warranty repair. After discussing this with Jerry I decided I did not want to wait on RK for how long this could take and showed him my ideas to repair this, and make it stronger. He said that would be fine, and would not void the warranty. He said the RK 21 and 24 have a solid bar that goes through the transaxle that connect the lower arms.
I never got to test out the warranty on this since I decided to fix this myself. Later when I’m done my summer work, I can remove everything I did in 5 minutes or less and have RK do the warranty work needed, If I choose to.
