Fake Type 2 Silver Eagles - Do They Have the Security Feature?

In this video I share a fake type 2 silver eagle that I recently purchased and I look to see if the counterfeit type 2 silver eagle has the security feature or not! Many fake silver eagles from China will be hard to determine if they are real of not. Fake American Silver Eagles used to be easier to fake until the type 2 silver eagle came out. The type 2 silver eagle coins have a security feature that is a notch in the reeds on the edge of the coins. The fake type 2 silver eagle coins would be more convincing if they had this notch. You can find fake silver eagles for sale on ebay and these should be avoided. Fake silver vs. real silver has always been a struggle for new stackers. lots of fake silver coins can be magnetic and easy to weed out while other fake silver is harder to spot. Fake silver dollars and fake silver bars are also common, but this is the first fake silver eagle type 2 that I have seen. Below is a video that shows some tests for fake silver coins:
