A special court stated on 27 April that charges against Pakistan's new Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the Rupees 16.3 billion money laundering case will be framed on 14 May.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had booked Shehbaz Sharif and his two sons, Hamza & Suleman, in November 2020. The special court had granted bail to Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza on 27 January, while Shehbaz's other son Suleman is absconding.
