Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco sees 70% increase in overdose deaths – and the number is expected to climb.

Kristen Marshall, from the Drug Overdose Prevention and Education project at the National Harm Reduction Coalition says:“This doesn’t surprise any of us. We had been sounding the alarm bells for the last three, four, even five years. We said fentanyl is coming.”
