We Went to the World’s Largest Pizza Party with Jim Cantore: Pizza-Palooza in Myrtle Beach!

Because there were no major hurricane impacts in South Carolina this year, Ed Piotrowski (and his people) threw the world’s largest pizza party…the Pizza Palooza! (Unfortunately, I don’t think the Guinness Book of World Records people showed up, but over 3,000 people attended, which is quite a bit larger than the current record for largest pizza party!)
The event was held at Pelican’s Stadium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and lots of local and chain pizza places donated pizza.
They collected canned goods and toys for Tots for Tots.
Santa was sitting at home plate, and there were other characters (Anna, Elsa, Olaf, a penguin, and a pelican) to meet.
The pizza was delicious, and the band (100 Grand Band) was great!
