3 arrested in Pinellas County, accused of stealing $1.4 million from elderly landowners

Pinellas Deputies arrested one man and two women on felony charges over allegedly fraudulent vacant land sale deals targeting older landowners. The court documents list more than 100 victims who lost more than $1.4 million.
