In this video, we go over the roles and responsibilities of Directors (Chairperson) and Trustees in a PMA and Ministry.

We talk about the differences in roles in a Faith-Based Association, small and large, and a Ministry. The majority of the examples and discussions are taken from founding documents.

Of course, it's great to do your own research about the roles of Trustees in public Ministries, Churches, Corporations, and other organizations. Even though we are operating in the private domain, much can be learned from public structures.
