Early Autumn Garlic Harvest

A quick video from last autumn showing how I harvest the end of season garlic, sort through it and store it ready for spring planting. Over time I can select fro traits that work in my soil type and climate. I’m also looking for those bulbs that store really well and taste great, saving a few cloves from the best of the bunch.
