If we allow our triggers to go unchecked they have a way of becoming so negative that we lose our sanity, our peace, our focus, and our victory.

Spiritual Dementia

Dementia is not a specific disease but is rather a general term for the impaired ability to remember, think, or make decisions that interfere with doing everyday activities. (CDC)

Spiritual Dementia is when a believer goes about their lives forgetting who they are and what they are. Slowly forgetting the passion and desire to serve and follow the Lord.

Both are a slow process that eventually erases our passions, our memories, and our identity of who we really are.

Revelation 2:4-5

Spiritual Dementia erases our influence on our culture.

Spiritual Dementia is eradicated when we return to our first love, Jesus.

Your Identity Is Living Dependently Not Independently

Your Identity Is Who Jesus Is, Not Who You Are Without Jesus

Your Identity Is Being Present In What Jesus Did For You, Not What You Did In The Past
