The Day We Became Trail Angels For Appalachian Trail Thru Hikers and the Appalachian Thru Hiker Community.

My wife Lisa and I have been following a few Thru Hikers on YouTube this year. Something Lisa got us hooked on after reading a book about the Appalachian Trail.

We never heard the term "Trail Angel " before and were amazed that there was such a thing.

Just so happens that the Trail runs right through our state of Pennsylvania and we are close to several spots along the trail that makes it an awesome opportunity to bless those making the unbelievable journey of 2190 miles trek from Georgia to Maine!

Well I won't give it all away in the Description but we met another Trail Angel with the trail name Crusher who is now I would consider a friend. He gave us some great insight into the Through Hikers needs.

We weren't even set up long and we met Through Hikers Chris, Lookout and Freefall.

Shortly after that Velcro came along and let me interview her for this video.

Lisa and I got to get a hike in before we headed to The Doyle Hotel in Duncanon a town the trail goes through.

Just before we checked out the opposite section of the trail at the Clark's Ferry Bridge. where we got to see Crusher again and was able to interview him as well.

We filled the Hiker Box with supplies and met Linnaeus, Fireball, Lady Lumps and Paradise.

Paradise and I sat down and you'll get to know him in the video.

Last but not least we got to eat Bunny Burgers at the Red Rabbit an old favorite place of Lisa and mine. Not Rabbit meat - lol
