We know chickens don't naturally lay eggs in the winter, there's work around such as adding lights increasing feed proteins and others, but what if we told you that you could preserve your spring nd summer eggs for use throughout the winter?

Well we're doing exactly that today, watch as we join Jill from Bakers Green Acres and she gives us an exact recipe of how she limes eggs for winter use, no refrigeration needed!

This is also referred to as water glassing and although that is another preservation method its a bit different than what we're teaching today.

With this method we've preserved eggs for years and had zero problems
