Latin Lead Guitar Pt 3 By Gene Petty #Shorts
Background is a Latin combo with lead guitar overdubbing Santana type lines .
I don't know if there really is a style called "LATIN LEAD GUITAR".
It works mainly as a keyword....and as more than likely misleading.
We can say that Santana is a 'Latin' lead guitarist. But is this a thing?
Did he lead the way for his imitators only to start a new genre?
Are the roots of Santana's leads traced back to Latin music or more likely the San Fransisco 60's?
If I imitate Santana does that really mean that I am playing "Latin leads"?
Doubtful.
It just means that I am using a keyword to make You tube's Algorithm happy.
Again....another case of a forced falsity via SEO thanks to Google.
