5 KILLER Chest Exercise Workout (2x GROWTH!)
Are you looking for the perfect chest workout routine? Try this workout which will hit your upper, middle and lower chest to get a big chest fast!
When it comes to developing the perfect chest, the #1 area that needs priority attention is the upper chest. It's an area that's lagging on nearly every guy's physique. This is why we'll utilize 2 of our first exercises of our workout to target this area. If the area is lagging, it's often a lack of volume, and terrible form.
After our upper chest is demolished, we'll then move onto the lower chest. We'll be doing dips...but doing them WAY BETTER than everyone else does. I'll demonstrate the improper form that nearly every guy uses, and then the proper form that'll demand way more out of your lower chest (while also maximizing your shoulders and elbows lifespan).
From there we'll move onto our finisher exercise which will incorporate all 3 heads of the chest, but primarily the "middle chest". In reality, most guy's mid-chest is beyond overdeveloped in comparison to their upper and lower chest and doesn't even deserve attention until their weak areas catch up. But I know if I didn't include at least 1 exercise for the mid-chest, someone would complain lol. Anyways this exercise of Full Range of Motion Push-Ups will be performed for 2 sets of max reps; and will absolutely torch your chest.
