How to Learn English Step 1:
Choose which style of English you want to learn. Is it American English? British English? Australian English? South African English? New Zealand English?
Once you choose which Accent you want to learn, then you must make sure that every lesson you learn from now on will be in that specific accent.
For example. When you learn something, you must search for the accent you need with it.

How to Learn English Step 2:

The order for learning Phonics is as follows:
1. Initial sounds
2. Short Vowels
3. Long Vowels
4. Two Letter Consonants
5. Two Letter Vowels

Once you learn Phonics in your chosen accent, you are ready for the next step.

How to Learn English Step 3:
Learn basic sentence patterns. Grammar is not necessary at this point. You need to learn the basic patterns that make up the foundation of English dialogue and writing. Here is my free course to learn all the basic sentence patterns you need to build a solid foundation in English.

How to Learn English Step 4:
Now that you have learned all of the foundation lessons, you can speak basic English. You can write basic English. You basically understand English! Here is the part where most "How to learn English" videos tell you to start. Now is the time that we Improve our English by learning 5 Key Skills. Now we will learn English Reading Skills, English Writing Skills, New English Vocabulary, English Listening Skills and English Speaking Skills.

Conversation practice with a native speaker of your chosen English accent. Here you can join lanugage exchanges for free but just make sure that you are working with a true native speaker. This way you don't learn any bad habits or funny accents from a non native speaker.
