Winter: +8h [Western WA], +9h [Eastern WA], +9h30min [SA, NT, Far Western QLD & Broken Hill], +10h [QLD, NSW, Act, Vic, Tas].

Summer: +9h [Western WA], +10h [Eastern WA], +10h30min [SA, NT, Far Western QLD & Broken Hill], +11h [QLD, NSW, Act, Vic, Tas].

In all of Australia I would have daylight saving in the summer [1st Sunday in October until 1st Sunday in April] then rest of the year standard times and 4 times zones instead of 3 time zones official ones.
