Removal of Illegal Silicone Breast Injections PLUS Breast Reconstruction with Implants

This patient had previously had Illegal Silicone Injections into her breasts in Venezuela; we think it's silicone, but there's no way to know unfortunately. Over time, the substance has developed a lot of scar tissue and swelling, and the patient wants it removed without sacrificing the shape of her breasts.
