Life is like a train ride

Life is like a train journey, with its stations, changes of lanes, some accidents, pleasant surprises in some cases and deep sadness in others.

When we were born, took the train and met our parents, we believed that they will always travel by our side, but they will leave at some station and we will continue the journey, that is when we will realize that we lived in the company of an irreplaceable love.

However, many other special and significant people will be in the way of our life: our brothers, friends and at some point, even a great passion. Some will take the train to the next station and go unnoticed, we won't even notice that they have vacated their seats. Other undesirables will remain independent of our will, while some will leave a permanent void. Oh how many others will rise and sit beside us in a process of eternal compensation. At certain stations we will have to go down in search of people we love and who will be in other trains or wagons also waiting for someone like you to sit next to you. In fact, if we really care, we'd better hurry to do it before someone else comes along and takes that position.

The journey continues full of challenges, dreams, fantasies, joys, sorrows, hopes and goodbyes. However, it is important to maintain a good relationship with all passengers, seeking in each one the best that they have to offer. Over time, we will learn to live with some and survive without others. We have to learn to deal with the people we don't want to have by our side and we must also move forward, despite losses and pain.
