For me, the gym is a place to get away for an hour each day. To get my mind right. First thing in the morning, to me, is ideal because I get to set the tone for how the rest of the day will go. Accomplishing a goal early in the day boosts the daily confidence levels and helps keep you ahead of everyone else still hitting the snooze button. While motivation will get you off the couch, it's discipline and consistency that will get you to the finish line. Stay Strong, my friends!
