TRASH FIND - Bissell DeepClean Premier Carpet Cleaner...WILL IT WORK?

In recent months, I have found not one, but TWO Bissell carpet shampooers on the curb on trash day. One is a Bissell ProHeat 2x. The other, which we will look at in today's video, is a DeepClean Premier, Model 47A2, which is similar to the current production "Pet" version, the Model 17N4 and the 80R4.
