Bishamon’s hair was supposed to be silver.

Bishamon first shows up on the cover of the second volume as a blonde. And then she has silver hair in Vol 3. In Vol 5. her hair is platinum blonde. Back to silver in Vol 10.

Mangaka liked her as a blonde better and settled. Either way, they drew her first as a blonde, and they seem to color the characters’ hair slightly differently sometimes.
