In this TEDx talk, Linden talks about transitioning from a role in tech consulting to a career in leadership coaching, and one of the biggest challenges she face along the way which was answering the question “how can I be successful at work and be true to my purpose?”. After more than a decade in tech consulting for some of NZ’s largest firms, Linden hit a point that you’re likely familiar with. She felt stuck in a story that no longer fit. Some part of her knew there was more to life than constant people-pleasing.
