As much as we suppose
No-one actually knows what the future holds
Except that its somewhere we each and all have to go
I've been setting new targets
Bigger goals
Making new plans
Re-sculpting and remoulding an old artist
Into a new man
It starts to get rewarding
Telling yourself you can
I'm changing though I look the same
I hope you understand

Its still all about progression
Live and let live
I guess it is what it is
I've learned my lesson
No longer focused on what isn't
And what could've been
Its too depressing
Just focused on the mission and the message
Listening to everything my soul is expressing
Letting go of all of this regret and this aggression
Because looking forward
There's way too many blessings
Easier said than done
These times are testing
But you should do the same too
Is my suggestion

They'll enquire where you are when you're not in town
Then ask who are you
When you're back around
Don't worry he didn't die
I'm still living
Still flying
Still firing
It didn't kill him
What makes you stronger
Should also make you meek
One day you're here
Then may be gone in a week
What you say and do not say
Can take you to the peak
Needless to say
With what you do say
Watch the way you speak

You'll say a thing
Nothing that hasn't been said before
But you'll say it in such a way
That resonates
And they'll want to hear you say some more
So much is said
So much unsaid
All so many things
What not to forget
Is that peace and freedom begins only from within
With all that said
With all that is said
I hope you say too much
Who wants to be dead
And didn't say enough
