Close to nine in 10 Singaporeans who currently work from home feel that remote working and flexible work arrangements should be the new normal for workplaces. The Institute of Policy Studies has published a report from ongoing polls with a panel of 2,000 respondents. Among those employed, more women than men felt remote working and flexible work arrangements should be the new way forward for workplaces. The study also showed a firm's inability to provide flexible work arrangements may impact staff retention.
