Several adherents of Critical Race Theory have recently claimed that the reaction to it is simply a "right-wing moral panic." Indeed, many CRT proponents have linked anti-CRT advocacy to the red scare, and other periods of undesirable periods of history. Many CRT advocates have also lambasted James Lindsay and Christopher Rufo as harbingers of conspiracy theories. Mr. Watson exposes this theory for what it is: hyperbolic, untrue, a pure distraction.
