It seems that because of the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard trial (and even before) we could readily accept that Johnny Depp is potentially a victim of DV. Why do we find it so hard to have the same compassion for Will Smith? Why do we feel badly for Johnny's childhood and not for Will?
