Title 42 Protection Upheld By the Feds & Remain In Mexico Reaffirmed | Courts Helping Border Crisis

At least someone is looking out for the Border...

Title 42 will be upheld and it won't be because of any mOdErAtE Democrats playing the role of "Johnny come lately." An upcoming decision to be made will keep the policy in place for a time.

Trying to backdoor their way into allowing in more illegal aliens, the Biden administration is pleading to get rid of the "Remain in Mexico" policy once again. But it's falling on deaf ears.

Ted Cruz made a good point about the Democrats on the ballot regarding their support of Title 42; they all voted against it when it was in the Senate last year. Huh, imagine that.
