Saint-Petersburg based German reporter Thomas Röper: I didn’t hear any complaints about Russian soldiers at all. All residents said that Russians are polite, helpful, share food and medicines with locals, unlike Ukrainians, who robbed, looted, shot at civilians and civil infrastructure before their retreat.
