Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar has made it clear that Turkey is against any special NATO deployment in the Black Sea. The Turkish minister was responding to American proposals to create NATO forces to patrol the Black Sea in order to contain Russia. This NATO forces plan has been drawn up by US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and involves Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria. Watch the video to know more.
