Tells about the shelling of civilians by the Ukrainian military

In this video a citizen of Mariupol, Maxim Dekhtyar, tells about the shelling of civilians by the Ukrainian military and national units, as well as about the vicious inscription on the Ukrainian “Tochka-U” missile launcher:

— initially, cars drove around the village at night. The next morning, as a rule, the shelling began at 7 am.

— Shelling from Ukraine?

— From Ukraine. From the positions where we knew Ukrainian military was standing. It came from about there.

In other villages I saw the launcher "Tochka-U". I would never believe that I would see it... On the launcher (the rocket) it was written: "The best is for children".
