Is there any real difference between a Baofeng UV-5R and a regular GMRS radio? If so, how is a GMRS radio any different from a UV5R? In this video I answer these age-old questions and also talk about if it is legal or breaks FCC rules to transmit on GMRS channels using a UV-5R Baofeng radio.
