AG Cast also let me know he isn't positive it is a bad disconnector spring, since it could be a freak issue due to the heat I was experiencing. Here is a relevant link: https://www.ar15.com/forums/ar-15/New_lower_build__disconnector_problem/118-711851/

My FGC-9 was made with PolyMax PLA, though as I say in this video, I suggest thinner parts that have high spring pressure be printed in a higher temp material when living in hot climates.

Time Stamps:
Intro - 00:00
First Test Shots - 1:04
Binary Fire Issues - 2:27
Having Fun Shooting - 5:38
Disassembly and Diagnosis - 6:52

My go-to PLA is Polymaker PLA Pro. Not only is it easy to print, it is extremely strong. Not a paid sponsor - I just love using it! https://amzn.to/3dXaSuN
