God's Call To Judah For Repentance & Restoration Is. 62:1-5
• Is 62:1 Isaiah's zeal for his people and his desire to see the work of salvation completed caused him to pray without resting, hoping that Israel would be saved. We should all have Isaiah's zeal to see God's will done. This is what we mean when we pray, "Thy Kingdom come Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven" (Mat_6:10). It is good to keep praying persistently for others. This verse also propagates the principle of 'Praying Until Something Happens' (PUSH).

• Is 62:2-3 The new name God will give Israel will be Hephzibah, meaning delight; and their land will be called Beulah, meaning married. This prophecy also applies to all God's children. By delight, it means you and I will be God's delight as the 'Apple of His eyes' and by married, it means we will become the 'Bride of Christ'. These confer righteousness and glory on the church, and royalty becomes part of our heritage. Reflect on 1 Pet 2:9.

• Is. 62:4-5 The adjectives - Forsaken & Desolate described our state before the execution of God's redemption plan in Jesus Christ. The scriptures described us as "...aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world." Eph 2:12. Thank God for our new names 'Delight' & 'Married', the exact opposite of our previous names, What an overturning! Our new position in Christ also brings God joy, just as the groom rejoices over his bride. To God be all the glory!

Personal Supplication
Father in the name of Jesus, thank You for Your preservation, protection and provision in this week. May Your perfect will be done in my life over this weekend. Ps 125:2-3
2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, So the Lord is round about his people From henceforth even for ever.
3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; Lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

Father in the name of Jesus, empower me in these three days marathon fasting and prayer on the prayer altar. May all my desires for this quarter and year be granted in Jesus' name!

14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Because I have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, my habitation;
There shall no evil befall me neither shall any plague come nigh my dwelling.
For God shall give his angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways.
They shall bear me up in their hands, lest I dash my foot against a stone.

With long life will God satisfy me, and shew me His salvation.
So shall it be for me and my household today and forever, Amen and Amen!
