BUG Report: Breaking into Prison in Star Citizen is possible and not good

Just hanging with the Friends Roc Mining on my twitch stream and they showed me this glitch. Apparently there is some bad geometry outside of prison that lets you get into the prison? What is this a escape route that wasn't fixed? is this how people are farming merits? This needs to get fixed but it seems like its been reported a few times to CIG. I'm just adding this to the reports.
