I ate Chicken and Broccoli for 7 days straight! Did I lose any weight?
As far as the workouts go:
Running consisted of a 1 mile run in my 20lb plate carrier
There was an exercise that I call "The Warm Up" 12 minutes total. 40 seconds activity, 20 seconds rest. 5 exercises:
- Jumping Jacks
- Flutter Kicks
- Air Squats
- Planking Toe Touches
- Lunges
Do each exercise for 40 seconds, rest for 20 and then move on to the next. Once you do all 5, start back at the beginning.
