Anti-gunners still dreaming of Second Amendment's repeal

There's a better chance of Will Smith and Chris Rock co-hosting the Oscars than the Second Amendment being repealed and replaced by anti-gun language, but the dreams of gun control activists die hard, especially when they're losing ground across the country.
