Our RV refrigerator decided it did not want to work anymore so I show you what happened to the cooling system. Sadly this is common on these type of rv fridges.

One of the main reasons why cooling units fail is because they begin to rust, components deteriorate, and ammonia begins to leak out. Also, if your RV cooling unit has run off level, the boiler will overheat, thereby causing a breakdown of the ammonia and its additive potassium chromatic forming a blockage.
