Elon Musk Succeeds? Twitter Board Set to Announce Deal Today

Though Twitter's Board elected to swallow a poison pill to stave off Elon Musk's bid to buy Twitter and take it private, it's been announced they have had a change of heart. Whether it was due to pressure from shareholder's or threat from DeSantis to investigate if Twitter was upholding their requirements to look out for their shareholder's interests, is unknown.
