Plumes of smoke rise after fire at Russian oil depot

Russia said on Monday (April 25) it would investigate the cause of a large fire that broke out in the early hours of the morning at an oil storage facility in the city of Bryansk, 96 miles northeast of the border with Ukraine. The location of the video was verified through the configuration of the bridges and buildings which matched satellite photography. The date the video was confirmed by original file metadata.
