Letting go of abusive toxic relationships.

Looking at who you were prior to the event, and who you are now. What are you proudest of yourself for?

Surviving narcissistic abuse and taking the time to heal and focus on myself, self love improvement, self care, self growth and evolution. Regaining my self worth and empowering myself through the practice of yoga, meditation, working out and allowing myself to be free to be me.
