The McCain Brothers have reached out to local businessman, welder and artist Al Kirby to have new testicles welded back on this
beautiful monument to the cattle industry in Parmer County. This little show began production in Los Angeles last year when Californians were ordered to stay home to try and stop the spread of the Coronavirus. It’s a little show with lots of heart.
