Fragrance part 4: When you read labels, you may see ingredients listings like “fragrance “, “perfume “, “eau d’toilette”. These ingredients are guaranteed to have synthetic ingredients used to create fragrance.

✅Choose products that are “unscented” and “fragrance-free” products

✅Avoid products that list “fragrance“ in the #ingredients

✅Look for products with natural plant-based fragrance with listings such as “natural orange peel”

✅“Certified Organic” products do not have synthetic fragrances in the ingredients
