Odesa Residents ‘Scared’ After Missile Strike Hits Civilian Building

Residents are “scared” after a Russian missile struck a civilian apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Odesa. The Russian defense ministry said they did not target civilian areas in the city, they were targeting military instillations.
