Random Blue Balloon Pays a Visit to Front Door

Info from Licensor: We had just had new neighbors move in and shortly after they threw a baby shower. The balloons blew off the mailbox after the shower and were dancing all around the neighborhood. We had to leave and, as soon as we got to our destination, the ring camera was exploding with our new friend the blue balloon visiting our doorbell. This went on for 30 minutes.
