This was on Monday June 28th 2021 at approximately 9:49, at a Project Beacon testing sites. This is part 2 at the testing site is in Lynn Massachusetts at one of the public boating ramps and parking lots. This testing facility is right next to the national grid gas tank, where I was previously threatened with arrest if I did not leave the lot, bu Officer Hilton over a year ago. Within minutes I grabbed The attention of some of the medical staff and they soon got their supervisor. Their supervisor approached me and started asking me questions.

This is where I was starting to leave the area and one of Steve's supervisors named Lisa came speeding down the blossom street extension into the public parking lot at an excessive rate of speed. This made me turn around and start filming once again. After a few minutes the site manager Jacob showed up and ended up calling the police once again. I hope you all enjoy this interaction even more than the last!!!
