Vote Tampering in French Election

I'm not making any claim here, just uploading a video that alleges to show evidence of possible tampering with ballots in the 2022 French election. It's almost inconceivable that the French people would elect Macron in a sane world, but sadly, people right across the west have a habit of voting against our own interests.
