No More Player Character? Advance Wars Reboot Camp Gameplay Analysis

Today we're taking a closer look at the Advance Wars 1+2 Reboot Camp trailer and the extended Nintendo Treehouse gameplay footage to see what changes and insight we can get on the game! After looking closely, it seems that WayForward might be doing away with the player selecting their name and affecting the overall flow of the story. This comes from observing several dialogue changes and other differences between this new revamped version of Advance Wars 1 and 2. It also seems likely that we will get a consistent design for each character between both Advance Wars 1 and Advance Wars 2, unlike the original where character designs changed slightly between the original and sequel.
