Scratch built yard ladder installed

The new Midway Yard ladder, also known as the spaghetti bowl, is now operational. The ladder was bench laid using rail scavenged from old brass flex track. All the rails are continuous and were soldered to pc board ties from Oak Hill Track Supply in Wisconsin. To pass the final exam, the old Athearn Blue Box F45s that we rebuilt a while ago are testing it out. The most difficult and picky locomotives ever made were the old metal sideframe SDP40, F45, FP45 and SD45. If we can get through this with a pair of F45s, then it's ready for its operational use - but if problems arise, it's in still in a state where we can modify it with ease. The track has been painted, sanded and coated with Oxgard. It is fully wired with no dead rail anywhere.
