Emmett Till Bill

After many years of trying and failing, the US Congress has successfully passed a variation of an anti-lynching bill. The Emmett Till Bill was passed into law March 29, 2022. What did they get? How is it different than bills in the past and how will it affect cases in the future? I don't happen to like the potential but see for yourself.
