Day 3: Celery Experiment w/Dyes

Day 3 of these celery stalks sitting in well water with the food colourings. We are comparing their decline against celery in tonic water, in well water, in 6.0pH ionized water and 9.5 pH ionized water. Today, the celery are doing best in the ionized 9.5 pH water.
