Bill Cosby is FREE! Cosby's conviction has been overturned! The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ordered that Bill Cosby be released! They have cited at least two errors in the lower court's decision: (1) the use of other witnesses against Bill Cosby to establish bad acts, and (2) the use of Cosby's deposition testimony which Cosby gave in reliance on a agreement that he had with the prosecutors, an agreement that the prosecutors would then later on breach.
